I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching, along with additional certifications including Dry Needling and Harvard University’s Fundamentals of Neuroscience. What differentiates me is attention to details and my in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and soft tissue function which allows me to create highly personalized programs that go far beyond surface-level fitness.

The equilateral triangle in my logo stands for the three essential pillars of human performance: mental strength, emotional balance, and postural alignment. Each side is equally important.
