I'm Ivan — a strength, performance and longevity coach based in Dubai. I run Strength Factory: floor coaching six days a week plus online coaching worldwide.

Most of my clients are men over 35 who've run out of patience for generic fitness advice. They want results that actually show up — in the mirror, in the gym, and in their bloodwork.

I hold a Bachelor's in Sports Coaching alongside certifications in Dry Needling and Harvard University's Fundamentals of Neuroscience. I also built BodyComp Pro — the assessment app other coaches use to track skinfolds, circumferences, and biometrics — because the tools I needed didn't exist.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Both. Floor coaching is available in Dubai six days a week. Online coaching runs worldwide via the Strength Factory app, WhatsApp, and monthly Zoom check-ins. The programme is identical — only the delivery changes.
I coach on the gym floor daily from 7am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Location details are shared once we've had an initial conversation — message me on WhatsApp and I'll send everything over.
Yes — and most of my clients do. The programme is built around your schedule, not the other way around. Training adapts to hotel gyms, limited equipment, or travel windows. You stay on track regardless of where you are.
We review your full panel — testosterone, thyroid, inflammation markers, vitamin levels, metabolic health, and more. Most doctors tell you you're "normal" when you're just average. I look at optimal ranges, not reference ranges, and use the findings to shape your nutrition, supplementation, and recovery protocols.
